The factory specializes in the production of molds and carbon fiber products. The molds include bicycle accessories like rims, frames and handles, also available in safety helmets, rackets, and aerospace, medical care products etc.. The main products are bicycle rims, frames, racing wheelchairs, BMX handles etc.. The company provides integrated services from molding, R&D, manufacture and sales, with a professional technical team, mature technique and stable product quality. Products OEM & ODM are available. All carbon rims pass EN quality test standard. Our factory is ISO9001 international quality management system certified. At present, our rims' monthly output reaches to 6000 pieces.
All carbon rims are made of Japanese Toray T700 carbon fiber and special material. Applying 718HH Steel tooling with hardness HRC32-38. Thanks to special molding machine, perfect structure design, strict testing standard and stable production technology, all these contribute to our quality stable carbon rims.
